Pretzelmaker - Niles, Ohio 44446 - Eastwood Mall Ohio

I'm in the mall once a week and I have noticed time and time again the bad habits of your employees. One is going on cigarette breaks or garbage runs about once every hour. When they return, they don't wash their hands when handling the dough. I've seen them take pretzel bits out of one size to make a bigger size portion with their hands that they just rung up an order with and collected money with. Why aren't these people wearing gloves when handling food? Plus with them leaving the store, I've witnessed lose of business so many times. I'm thinking the health dept. should be called. Your pretzels are good when they haven't sat a long time. Isn't there a time limit placed on the portioned items?
