Pretzel Maker - Ogden, Utah 84405 - Newgate Mall

Pretzel Maker pretzels have always been great! The service has been good. There are 2 pretzel maker locations in the Ogden, UT mall. Today, unfortunately I have to make an exception to the overall "good" experience. The Pretzel Maker across from the Quilted Bear on the north side of mall , I experienced a very unpleasant scene. It appears to be the Manager or so called "Team Leader" that was , raising her voice, and cussing to her staff about receiving a raise they requested. If raises weren't approved from higher management, the staff employees threatened to quit. The Manager was persistent on making a scene on the floor in front of customers. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, unprofessional and unethical to publicize, when discussions like this should be meant for each individual employee behind a closed door in a private setting. This woman needs a few lessons on management. I hope all you employees get your raises after this! Good luck!
