Premier Cosmetics - Orem, Utah 84097 - University Place

I have NEVER in my life been more disgusted than I am tonight. While shopping I was approached by a man wanting to give me a sample of who knows what. I was in a hurry and said maybe next time. I had to walk back past that store and he put the sample in my hand, then grabbed another sample and said here's 2. Then he all but pulled me in his store while I was carrying my 2 year old and my 2 other children followed. He started wiping off my eye makeup and got very close to my face. He wouldn't stop I told him I had to go I was in a hurry. He then started putting some cream on my forehead and trying to sell me over $400 in product. I told him again I didn't have the money and I had to go. He tried pressuring me into buying one cream and he would throw in a facial and another $200 cream... I told him again I was leaving and I didn't have the money he then proceeded to ask don't you have a debit card????? The high pressure sales were VERY annoying but this guy gave me the creeps. I don't know if anyone else has had any other similiarbexperiences with this man--- but I would stay FAR AWAY from this store!!! Something is definitely not right!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased some Salt Premier, Body Butter Premier and Body lotion for my wife as a Christmas present. She has very dry skin. Following the purchase my wife became very ill and was in the hospital for several days and is now in a nursing care facilitiy. I am on social security only and medicare does not pay for all the health care my wife needs. I returned to the store in Orem, Utah and asked for a refund. The clerk called the owner and then told me no refund only exchange. I asked for them to change their mind this once as I am unable to pay fully for my wife's health care. The clerk would not refund me. The items I purchased have not even been out of the bag given to me at the store. I think the policy of the owner, clerk, or who ever are wrong. I will never shop there again and will tell very one I know not to shop there either. When I told my wife about it she said that we can't afford the items and she is having skin care given her by the nursing facility. Please reconsider the policy of no refund for returned items. It is a poor business policy.

Scam. No refunds. And they don't tell you no refunds until after the sale and it's printed on the receipt so you just got scammed.
