Not possible to return your item even if you have not even use it. Snail Skin 60 Second Wrinkle Remover. It was a present from my husband and only 6 days after the purchase we went to return it, that option was not given to us. Manager wanted to exchange it with a different product. My skin just does not like facial creams, including SPF.I can use only a few product and I do not want to find out more. WILL CONTINUE TO ASK FOR HELP.
Product doesn’t work
I was visiting Tampa over Thanksgiving vacation and purchased a $200 product from this vendor. When I went to use it it does not work. If they do not exchange it I will find means to hold them accountable

Scam! You cannot do returns of their products. So many people have said they bought products and were not granted to return when it did not work or they had a reaction.
The little sales dude with the accent was extremely pushy and made fun of me for wearing make up. Saying he has a product so I don’t have to wear make up. Then, made fun of my eye bags. Disgusting!
Buyers Beware!!!! These people are SCAMMERS with NO return policy
I went in to buy some products with my wife. After we have agreed on paying $5000 for the X11 Pro and some extras.. we were charged $5400 plus tax which came up to $5805 plus $430 for two other lotions that were supposed to be part of the package. A grand total of $6235.. when we got home and realized the ridiculous prices on our receipt - we decided to return the items the next day UNOPENED. DEAN stated the items were not returnable!!!
