Popeye's - Cumming, Georgia GA 30041 - Cumming Marketplace

Very disappointed at the Custer service we received from the manager at this location on August 4, 2020. Placed an order through the app payment went through. We arrived at 9:30pm in the drive thru and we were greeted with “we are closed” and I proceeded to explain we placed ordered on the app. Then we were told “we are sold out of everything.” Needless to say, the manager didn’t want to speak with us anymore and didn’t respond any further to us. I asked if I needed to call someone, the manager came back on and asked “who are you going to call?” I replied with I don’t know and she then stated “that is a threat, I feel threaten and I don’t need to serve you.” I asked her how I threaten her she said it was my comment “do I need to call someone.” I explained that I was simply asking about calling a manager or corporate to get the situation resolved about getting a refund and our offer/coupon returned to us. She said she was the Manager and there’s nothing she could do for us. No customer service or respect for their customers!
