Let me begin by saying that this review strictly pertains to the horrid customer service I experienced by the so called manager, on This beautiful Sunday morning, named Samantha. Her lack of tact and social skills are something that no one in retail should ever have. Being the owner of retail stores myself, I’m sure that the owner would be mortified at how she treated her customers. I came in to exchange a Jean skirt that I recently purchased, unfortunately Samantha was not inclined to assist in any way. When she informed me that since I didn’t have a receipt, she wouldn’t be accommodating me in any way, I simply said “no problem”. I then went on to browse more items and kindly requested she pull other sizes. In my mind the issue of the return was over and I was now on to more shopping. Samantha, however was not done. She kept going on and on, continuing to mention that she wasn’t exchanging the skirt. I assured her that I understood the first several times she mentioned it. She continued to have a nasty attitude and overall unpleasant demeanor. I for one enjoy my Sunday morning shopping and was at this point getting annoyed by her RBF! If you’re going to act like a miserable soul, could you at least wait for later in the day? Why first thing? Give yourself some time to get worked into a tizzy or at least save the nastiness, for those annoying customers who argue with you over store policies! Nevertheless, the store does have some nice things and I would have liked to purchase the other items, but I simply couldn’t stand Samanthas rudeness for another minute. I therefore left the items behind and made sure to let everyone I ran into today, know exactly what a piece of work I dealt with this morning. A piece of advice for the shop owner:There are no bad employees, only bad management. If this is who you have managing your store, it Shan’t be good for business. Best of luck.
