Polish Nails & Wax - Raleigh, North Carolina 27612 - Crabtree Valley Mall

Good nails but not sanitary and not sitting people six feet apart.

HORRIBLE!!! Most horriblest experience I ever had!!!! Not only the lady doing my full set but also the lady doing my pedicure they both messed up my nail polish left it lumpy and bumpy and expect me to leave with my nails toes looking like that so I requested them to correct their mistakes to fix my nails! They both responded extremely rude like I did something wrong! And then when I request to speak to the manager and explain to him the first and second time they messed up my nails then they left to take care of other customers and left me there sitting in the chair waiting while they waited on other customers and did their nails! Then when I requested the manager for a second time they then came back we did some of the paint all my toes and my nails then the other lady messed up on my nail design on my toes and I requested the manager for the third time and then the manager had the nerve to get an attitude with me then on top of that I was left to be the last customer walking out of the salon with paraffin wax all over my feet and toes

I had to go back to get my nail fixed the day after I got my service done. I had gotten a fill in with gel polish. The polish top coats keeps chipping & coming off. Then I had to go back for a second time. This time the same lady did my nails as to prior before. She wouldn’t even look at me & barely spoke to me. She was doing my nails roughly as if it was my fault she had to do them again. Anyways, I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to keep coming back to get your nails corrected. Another lady came in to get her polish fixed too. The polish must not be of good quality. Not a good experience at all.

I’ve never had a horrible nail salon experience until I went to polish nails in Crabtree mall. I went on a Sunday and had to come back a day later to get my nail fixed. The polish kept chipping & I had to go back for a second time. The woman was rude about it & had a attitude the whole time redoing my nails. I don’t recommend coming unless you want to have to keep coming back to get your nails fixed. Instead of it being done correctly the first time. Another person came in needing to have her nails redone.

One Very Rude Nail Tech with a terrible attitude and nasty disposition!

I was looking for a good place to do my nails,because I just moved here from Boston,and my coworker recommended this place ,and the person that does her nails,let me tell you guys !! I when early and the person that open the place was very friendly and let me soak my nails while I was waiting ,I have the best experience ever and I'm in love with my dip powder nail style. This is going to be my new place for ever !! If you want a great dip powder style ,go to cindy? Im very satisfied with my result!!!

The worst gel manicure of my life. If I could give them zero stars I would. They were very pushy for us to leave when the mall wasn't busy and they weren't closing anytime soon. I hope this place closes. I feel bad for others who decide to get their nails done here.
