Beware of getting your card charged for an entire year without you knowing.Worst Experience Ever with their customer service, they were unwilling to help. They were charging my card for an entire year and i realized that after i got hit with another $41 charge just recently. I explained to management that i honestly have never been to Planet Fitness so there was never a membership. I have never used any equipment and dont have a Planet Fitness card to show my membership number. My card will keep getting charged unless i walk into a Planet Fitness to cancel the supposed membership. I have no means of getting to Planet Fitness. I went the easy route and filed a fraud claim with my bank. Its been two weeks and i haven't heard back so i will do it again. I do everything to get ALL my money back. Stop charging my card. I have never used Planet Fitness goods/services.
