Never go to the place!
Do not go to this shop! They ripped my wife off. She wanted to have one more earring (piercing) for one of my daughters. After she paid she found out the cashier charged her 2 new holes. She wanted half of the money back, but the sales person denied that since it was already paid (wtf?). Then she decided to split the order, so two of my daughters should get a new earring. They denied this too saying both need to be made on one person (wtf?). This is fraud in my eyes. Worst service ever. Not only lost a bunch of customers (I have more than two daughters), gets also a bad review. All for 25 Dollars. Why are they so stupid?

Brittny at store #1139 at Miramar outlets in estero fl, not only fixed a problem I was having with another store that I have been a faithful customer for many years but she gained a new loyal customer at her store from me. Even tho Brittny's store is over 1 1/2 drive for me I will travel from now on to her store when she's working just from the treatment I received from her today. I was not only highly upset by the way my former store treated me today but I was lied to and I could not believe what I went thru with now my former store that I told my hubby I would never shop piercing pagoda again bcuz of what happened.. but I Googled piercing pagoda corporation store and it gave me Brittny's store n she was so kind and she fixed everything and apologized over n over for what happened to me and now gained me as a loyal customer. I hate that it's such a far drive but it's worth it to get the customer service I deserve and what she gave to me.. thank you Brittny n I'll see u soon:) God bless Brittny for excellent customer service:)
