Perfume Collection - Fort Myers, Florida 33901 - 9081 - Edison Mall

The worse experience ever. So I went to buy a gift for Christmas and the customer service was awful, not professional at all. They are all about selling perfumes not about the customer satisfaction and experience. So I made the purchase and when I went to pay with my Credit Card and she said oh the payment didn't went thru and I said yes it did. She kept going back and forth with me, I even call the bank and they said that the transaction was processing. Long story short I made another payment with a different card. I spoke to the manager she gave me her card with her cell number and her name. 3 days when by and I went to check my account and yes I was charge 2 times. I call the manger right away and went straight to the voicemail. I call the store, no manager is around. I called them again nothing. An hour later a super unprofessional Manager call and she was basically screaming on the phone "You need to bring all the proof for us to be able to give you the money back" that was the way she answer the phone. Don't waist your money or your time there.
