Tried to return my bottle of overprice perfume and she wouldn’t allow me to then she got rude loud obnoxious call security tried to get me kicked out for no reason whatsoever still wouldn’t return or refund my product I should’ve been refunded but she tried to say I had gotten it on sale which there was no sale I was told she’s the owner and manager I have everything on video I want my money back and that’s that I’ve gotten a hold of the mall

I went to buy some cologne today, and a girl named Keely helped me out and was super nice and very helpful. I’ve never actually shoped for cologne like that and she told me everything I needed to know and was very helpful. I recommend her to anyone thinking about buying. She had such a good attitude and was so friendly.

Thank you to the woman Angelica for her kindness while I was in her care in the mall at perfume boutique. I needed a gift for my husband and son and her professionalism was wonderful. The negative reviews about her couldn't possibly be true. She was an absolute darling truly very sweet.Thank you again for the great service and colognes! will definitely be coming back.

Spoke with the Manager Angelica after reading these reviews and she was very helpful and kind. She helped me purchase a large amount of perfumes with great prices and amazing customer service. She did fantastic! Very professional throughout my entire experience!

They scare you into not making a return. I wanted to retune a OFF BRAND item that was unopened and in the days of return. The manager racially profiled and said she didn’t believe I bought it !! So then, She must implying I stole it?? I will let all my family and friends know to never come here.

The "manager" Angelica was extremely rude to me and my family. The music volume was so loud and she would not lower it even when we were trying to communicate. She also lied to my face about product price. I will never shop here again. The products are fake. Unprofessional.

Angelica is a terrible employee and has the worst customer service. She sold me a bottle of cologne that leaked before I even opened the box! Do not purchase any products from this store. They do not take care of customers!

They sell you cheap perfumes for 50 dollars at a “discount price” that you can buy online for less than 20 dollars.
