Perfect Nails - Mobile, Alabama 36606 - Shoppes at Bel Air Mall

Me and my daughter went Christmas Eve. We live out of town, so we decided to try this place cause it was the only place open on Christmas Eve. Our Nails popped off within 4 days. The entire nail. This Is by far the worst pedicure I ever had. She pulled so much skin off my big toe, It bled. I don’t care if our nail place is close. I will never go to this place again. I work to hard for my money for them to not know what they are doing

I wish I could put lower than 1 star....I got my nails and toes done by them a week ago. Not only did she make me bleed 4 TIMES, all of my nails are different lengths, different widths, different layers, and different shades (because she didn't do the same number of coats on each nail), my toenail polish got rubbed off BY HER before I left and she refused to fix it, my pedicure lasted less than 10 minutes (the soak, polishing, and "massaging/rubbing"), and one nail has already started to pop off. And to top it all off, my total was $60, I paid with a $100 bill, only received $35 back as change, so she tipped herself $5 without my approval. I was in such a rush to leave because I was so disappointed and I hate confrontation that I now feel guilty for not saying something when I left. But I was bleeding on 4 fingers, I didn't want any of them to touch me again honestly. I went back in today (the only chance I've had all week) and asked for them to look at them and either redo them or give me a refund and was rudely told "it will be another $35" in which I replied "Well I would like a refund then because I'm not paying for crap nails AND more bleeding" and then he abruptly walked past me and pointed to a sign and rudely stated "can you not read? We are not responsible for what happens to your nails after you leave the salon" and I replied "This didnt happen after I left the salon....nails dont just fade in color after a week...I still have scabs on my fingers where she made me bleed....this is exactly how they looked when I left the salon, I'm just now getting the chance to come back in to get them fixed" and the entire time I'm talking to him, he was running around the store trying to get out of the conversation and avoid me, without fixing the problem. This place needs to be shut down because they are going to hurt someone one day with how rough they are with their tools, on top of the fact that their customer service SUCKS!!
