Pandora - National Harbor, Maryland MD 20745 - Tanger National Harbor/Washington DC

I visited Tanger Outlet in National Harbor on July 10,2019, I met Melony C. the sales rep., I informed her that I was looking for a cruise-ship charm. I also told her I had exhausted my attempt to locate it. I was in Bermuda in May and could not locate the charm at the Pandora store. Melony searched and then informed me that the charm was not being produce any more it was retired. I was very disappointed and sad, Melony said an unexpected statement to me. She said I have a travel bracelet with a cruise-ship, I will give it to you. I began to cry and could not thank her enough. I know with out a doubt this does not happen everyday, however her kindness was exemplary. Melony's service went far above the service I have receieved in my 74 years of shopping, here and abroad. Thank You Melony C. for your kindness.
