The times I've been in that store was so terrible. Since the store been open the kids in the store would treat the customers rudely they were very immature and They would get mad if you buy 2 items and bring one back the next day. The owner or so-called ex owner was An arrogant ass and when I asked for the new owner information they would not provide it. I guess they don't know u can go online and find it like I've done before. I adore Pandora I enjoy buying it and playing with the beads. Please when shopping in that store in st matthews and indiana ask about their return policy because something about this doesn't sit well with me and when asked; you wouldnt provide the new owners information. Now before I go when I went in the store today they seem kind and friendly unlike before but I was wearing a 10,000 dollar all Gold Pandora bracelet.

My Granddaughter took the Birthstone ring I sent for her Birthday, she needed a smaller size. She was treated rudely and they would not exchange for size even though it was in a Pandora box and clearly their merchandise. I could see them being sceptical if she had wanted cash or a different product but she just wanted a ring that fit. I will be contacting Pandora and the owner of this store...
