Pandora - Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 - Volusia Mall

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I bought a charm from the Pandora in Volusia Mall and did pick up in store. Come to find out my mom already had that one. So I went back to the same store I picked the charm up at just to be told by the store manager I could not return it or exchange it because I did pick up in store. She advised I would have to mail it in to Pandora to get a refund and then come back to purchase a different charm. With receipt and all that makes no sense. Online it even advises returns and exchanges can be done at this store. Since so many people are doing pick up in store right now with Covid I want people to be aware of this Pandora does not follow that policy. They DO NOT allow returns or exchange if you pick up in store. I am now stuck paying to mail in a charm I purchased and picked up directly from their store. I have never had this issue with any other store when buying via pick up in store. I will never buy Pandora again!
