PacSun - Orlando, Florida FL 32819 - Orlando International Premium Outlets

On Tuesday I received very positive and attentive service in this store. In entering it was explained the tills were down so we would have to lay by until later. We did. Tills still down my name and number and pick up day was requested. No problem I thought. I returned today to a blank face no clothes reserved. I explained the assistant MUST be wrong as we had 9 items reserved. After checking out back no clothes found. No apology offered no help offered to find any of the 9 items previously selected. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of communication in this store. My phone number was provided so ANY problem I would have expected a call. No goods purchased and 3 trips made to this same store ALL wasted time.
