I came into the store with two returns. I have an entire bag of stuff that does not fit me so I did not realize that one of my items was missing a tag. The pants had a piece of paper towel in the pocket that I must have put there when after trying on the pants before taking them off. I thought I liked them ripped off the tag and then changed my mind (only had them on for 30 minutes max). Can’t return them because they are missing a tag, completely fine and understandable. However, the way audri treated me was incredibly disrespectful. She shouted that I had used tissue in the pocket as I was scrambling through my bag looking for the tag. I tried to explain that I hadn’t worn the pants for that long and I must have put that there on accident. I apologized for the tissue paper even though I learned later that it was just a small amount of paper towel. When I left I realized how poorly I had been treated even when I was understanding about the product not being returnable. I regretted not saying anything back to her about her not even caring to wear a mask and yet I was the one who was Made out to be so disgusting when I was a respectful customer. Never will shop here again
