I went in with two tops that I purchased for my daughter. I had a receipt. I had two tops one had had the tags removed. Jacob returned the one with the tags and said he didn't need the receipt, but the one obviously new, never washed with missing tags he would not take back. I said, that it was on the receipt with a description (mauve mEandwE hoody) but he said no he would not take it back. I asked that he looked on line and he said he couldn't find it, but I did. He said the picture of the one I found on line was a different color so he couldn't trust that that was the same product. It was insane. He refused to give any credit on a brand that they carry and was on the receipt. A product he recognized as he said they were all gone. NEVER WILL ALLOW MY DAUGHTER TO SHOP THERE AGAIN. OVER priced low quality kid level merchandise with poor custormer service. NO THANKS.
