Discrimination and contradictory standards
Does it specifically state in the rules of your mall that patrons cannot wear a mask with the name of a sitting president? Your overweight security staff seems to think so. If this is the type of behavior patrons receive while visiting your mall. I’d advise you to educate your staff a little better on what is and is not allowed on your property.

This shopping mall has the worst security standards. Over priced
They will follow you through the mall. Give you dirty looks. Will try to say you do not belong there. It's private property. If you of any race they will judge. Do not support this shopping center.
