Complete scam and they don’t except returns no matter the circumstances. Small signs posted and never verbally tell you that it is the policy. Start are unbelievable prices and keep going down to make it look like you are getting a steal. I wouldn’t piss on this place if it was on fire!

I was was walking by the Ola Ola store and was stop by a representative and they showed me the RX Neck Lift Device. and had personal demonstration to see how my skin responds to treatment. They give me information and answered all my questions. I left the store with results that vary day and I happily bought the device also. It’s a treat to myself and if you can invest in yourself in a natural way, I suggest to check them out!

I bought the entire skin care routine: Milk Cleanse, Toner, Day Cream, Vitamin C, and Thermal Mask. I use it for the past three months and all my friends ask what I’m doing… I simply referre them to Ola Ola cosmetics at Baybrook Mall.

I purchased the White Truffle Face Peeling 6 weeks ago and now my face is more even toned and no more acne or dark spots. I glow like I just fell from heaven. Also, I use the daily moisturizer cream as well for daily hydration and sunscreen and my skin is smooth and tighter. I love it.

I came in for facial today with the red light therapy for my face and neck. I had results leaving the store this very day. I was stopped by a lady standing by the door and was offer a sample, I usually don’t even look at the offer. But this day I was convince and I’m so glad I did. I was considering a cosmetic surgery; facelift at $20,000. But to my surprise I invest in natural products and medical device with RED LIGHT therapy and wow my results are amazing. I was charged over $3,000.00 dollars on my credit card for services that I didn't authorized, so I've filed dispute charges with my credit card company. Beware of these people. They are not honest and should not have an establishment in Baybrook Mall.; it gives the mall a bad name. When they try to flag you down keep walking.

I was at the mall and they invited me to try some creams, I wanted to try them, the very kind manager at that time tried other creams, I asked him to show me the full cost of the service, which he did not do. I charged an excessive amount of money to the card and when I complained to him at first he agreed to help me, but then he refused. I was walking by this store at baybrooke mall when they asked me to try eye repair & liked. They put in moisture cream as gifts. Didn’t realize charged me of $430 vs $200 (large qty vs small w/o notifying me). Then they tried other products & tried to charge my card $5k with no advanced notice (didn’t process thank goodness). Tried to return all the other products after walking out the store for a few minutes & they would not refund. scammers!!

I was walking by this store at baybrooke mall when they asked me to try this fave cream so I said ok. I liked it and agreed to pay the 300$ although that's crazy expensive and I would normally not spend that much on face cream. Then she said that she wanted me to try another product which I did, and she of course tried to sell me it for 3k I refused. They still charged my bank over 3k. I didn't want it nor did I ever agree to pay that kind of $

Please avoid these people! I finally agreed to make a purchase, at a HUGE discount. They allowed a few payments. After my second payment, they shut down and disappeared. No Call, no advisement that they'd be closing/relocating. I called # on receipt, and at that point they advised me. Now, they want me to make a trip to their new location in Baybrook Mall! Too far and they won't give me my money back. I already traveled 180 miles to see family.

Charged me $974.25 without my authorization. After I told her I explicitly. I didn't want the stuff she was trying to coerce me to buy. I only wanted the facial cream as it was for a gift. I asked for the Manager was taken into back room as they didn't want other customers to hear my complaints of the shady practice. After some time got the gift. Moment later checked bank balance still showed $974.25. But Receipt shows I only paid for the cream.
