Horrendous customer service. While I am lucky to be able to purchase an expensive watch; it is quite annoying when said watch stops working within a year and they don’t honor their reported warranty and do not believe their customers regarding the watch not working. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. Seems to be sturdy timepieces but the movement loses time within weeks of purchases and breaks easily; the slightest exterior scratch and they won’t honor the warranty. It’s been greater than 4 months since being sent for repair still is not back despite a 2-3 week quote on the reported turn around time. 30% of time owning watch it’s spent being “repaired”. I have called many times inquire about status with no answer, call back, or email; i was sent a survey on my experience but that’s it. After dropping off a watch on 8/20 i still didn’t have the watch in my possession for Christmas photos on 11/22. Go to another company that communicates better and honors it’s warranties. Multiple watch stores within walking distance from this scam of a business.
