Nike - Simpsonville, Kentucky 40067 - The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass

The attitude at the Nike store was horrible! Today 04/11 is my daughters 18 bday... she of course wanted to come to the Nike store. Not sure if the lady was the manager but she was so rude! We waited in line and then went to another store and came back and got back in line and this employee said “we are basically closed so there is no need to stand in line” to which I replied we rode a long way and it’s my daughters bday and the lady said well we close at 7 sorry it was 6:38! I replied really it’s only 6:38 and she said well I’ve been on my feet for 10 hours.... wtf!!!! Then find another job!!! You are in customer service this is your job!!! What has happened to customer service! This Nike store sucks but the one by St. Matthews mall is awesome! I will never come back to this store

MY GRANDSON AND I DROVE 60 MILES TO GET TO THIS STORE 2/1/2021, IT WAS RAINING 31 DEGREES, AND THESE BRANIACS WERE ONLY LETTING 12 PEOPLE IN HUGE STORE, SO THEY HAD A LINE RUNNING STARIGHT OUT THROUGH BELVEDERE WHERE ALL THE RAIN AND WIND WAS, INSTEAD OF HAVING LINE AGAINST BUILDING WHERE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE WARMER, AND THEN THE WANNABE RENT A COP AT DOOR WAS LOOKING AT ALL THE GIRLS AND 5 PEOPLE CAME OUT AND HE WOULD NOT LET US IN BECAUSE HE SAID HE DID NOT SEE PEOPLE, BUT THE LARGEST INJUSTICE WAS WHEN WE GOT IN THE STORE NO BENCHES TO SET ON TO TRY ON SHOES, AFTER ASKING WE DO NOT LET PEOPLE TRY ON SHOES. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE WHEN YOU LET PEOPLE RUN A COMPANY THAT RUNS ON THE BACK OF SWEATSHOP LABOR IN VIETNAM AND THE PHILLIPINES AND THEN TURNS AROUND ANS PAYS SOMEONE LIKE TIGER WOODS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO BE A HUGE WOMANIZER. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, DO NOT EVEN WAVE WHEN YOU GO BY.
