Nike Factory Store - West Des Moines, Iowa 50266 - Jordan Creek Town Center

First time here and Complete Joke of a store For a few reasons let me be clear why. The Cashier and MANAGER Are rude af. Verbally tries to put you down cause you aren’t “following policy” when their team members are the ones who incorrectly inform me of everything. 1st off: Called ahead of time was told I can make multiple transactions of $100 to get the $20 off a few times, In store was told I couldn’t mostly because the employee didn’t want to take the time to do it I saw nothing about “one time use code” it’s every $100 very clearly. 2nd: manager and cashier were complaining at how much I wanted to buy??? What kind of retail establishment is this. You put stuff on clearance to sell. Don’t berate me and tell me I can’t buy that more or and talk to me across the store like “hurry up man” cause I’m grabbing the merchandise for you to scan. 3rd : I understand with covid things have changed but I don’t read a brochure when I walk in about policy if something needs to be informed tell me politely. I came in here to spend money not To catch Shade because I’m buying too much. This is why stores are DYING because customer service is lacking and management sucks. Especially here. I’ve been buying nike for years and am a big supporter in the brand but definitely not how this store operates or at least with the employee and manager I had to deal with. If I want to buy half the store who are you to tell me I can’t? I didn’t know you were imposing limits on non exclusive items. If you did why wasn’t there a sign in place by the sneakers and not hidden somewhere on your wall like we’re supposed to scan your building for new policy before we shop.
