I loved this place and was loyal to this company for over a year. Today when I waited over 2 hours for a take off and new set, my usual nail tech was hurting my nails popping them off so I asked if he could soak them and he literally got up and walked away from me and denied doing my nails after that. I felt extremely disrespected and do not think I will be going back due to how rudely I was treated and how long I waited and still do not have my nails done.
