The store staff are so rude. Why can't I see my post after summit my review?

Terrible customer service, they look like they hate their jobs. No greetings, never offer for help, extremely unprofessional, they keep customers away from coming back to the business, I would suggest the store manager hire new staffs and wear name tags in the future.
