Nancy's Hair Salon - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17111 - Harrisburg Mall

I went in today to get my eyebrows done. I usually wait for Monica, but she was busy today. This older Asian woman came out and said she’d take me. I nicely greeted her then began to tell her how I wanted them. She immediately cut me off and said “I know.” I told her that was rude and was in no way to speak to a customer and that her attitude was all wrong. She got loud to a point where I told her to shut up. I got out of the chair and waited out front for Monica. As I was waiting, she started speaking in her language to Monica. Fast forward, a white guy walks in. She immediately asked if she could help him and was so nice. She asked him how he wanted his hair cut along with a few other specifics. I stood there watching and said why was it so hard for you to offer me the same curtesy.. I know why. She didn’t think a black deserved the same kindness as a white man. Another lady ended up taking me. She was really nice. At the end, I found out Monica is the store manager and she did absolutely nothing. I spoke with her and she could’ve cared less that her employee was acting like a wild animal. I will never spend another dime there. Oh, and she literally started washing her hair as I told what happened and pointed out that she sat there abs did nothing.
