Vary friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to work with customer. This is where I buy all my suits.
Awful customer service
This guy refuses to help anyone with items purchased from him after you walk out of the store. No refunds or exchanges, yet not once does he mention it, nor is there any kind of sign in the store. He said he was the owner. Extremely rude and discourteous. Strongly encourage you shop somewhere else.
horrid service
I went there to get a suit fitted for me. it cost me over $400 dollars which would have been fine except the guy in the store lied about the tie size so it didn't fit. they didnt hem my pants like they were supposed to, they sold me a shit with a small hole already in it, and then after i complained refused to refund or exchange the items. I will NEVER shop with them again, or refer anyone to them!
