Movado Company Store - Sunrise, Florida FL 33323 - Sawgrass Mills

Bought a movado watch as a present for my wife at this store not even two months and the watch stop running. I came in the store assisted by a (dark skin) female associate said that the battery and went inside to change it. She came back out and handed me the watch. I looked in the back and there was a huge mark so I went to the white male associate telling him what happened. He said let me go in to buffs and clean it out for you. He came back out and the mark was still there. I said it a brand new watch and I don’t want to see the huge mark. I asked him can you replace the back of my watch with the back of another new watch. He said yes, and went inside. Came out and said it replace then he went behind the close door. I see the mark still there and came to the female associate if she can call him out again. She did and I waited a good few minutes before he come out. He said I replaced and clean it. I said then why is it still a mark here, I showed him the mark. He said “you get scratch from battery changing and there nothing he can do!” I said who is the manager here? He said “ I’m the manager and there’s nothing else I can do!” So I left with a movado watch that has a huge mark, giving back to my wife. I TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THIS MOVADO STORE IS PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
