Mom Dad & Me - Calumet City, Illinois 60409 - 5551 - River Oaks Center

This past weekend I visited Mom Dad & Me. We usually purchase easter, bridal and formal gowns from said establishment without incidence. The manager an Asian woman berated the store employees in front of customers repeatedly. The limit for dress try on is 10 however my daughter was handed 2 with missing beading, embroidery and 1 with a broken zipper. When I inquired about letting her try one more on I the customer was reprimanded! The Asian manager said she tried on too many....too many damaged ones? She (the Asian manager then proceeded to talk about a customer who just left to her employees. Needless to say I confronted her and told her she is unprofessional and bad for business. After 15 years of shopping here her lack of professionalism is why I no longer will give them my business.

We loved the dresses and the young lady who was assisting but the management stunk. Everytime we tried on a dress management said i put away. We were being treated as if we were tearing apart or breaking everthing. This was our first shop amd yes we walked out with a dress because she loved it nut management stunk.

Rude employees and horrible customer service! Don't shop here!
