This hateful owner has been getting away with being hateful and rude to his customers!! Why??? This is harassment!! He should have kicked out years ago…

If only I could give ZERO stars… WORST SERVICE EVER. I bought a shirt and was told I couldn’t try it on in store. Went home and saw there was a stain inside of the shirt. Returned the next day to exchange the shirt for a clean one. The older Asian man accused me of purposely staining the shirt and called me names. He called mail security. I decided to file a complaint against the store. The two officers who worked with me were polite, though.

I asked the store manager to use the dressing room to try some outfits on and he came on and kicked us out for asking if the fitting rooms were open don’t recommend this place at all

This has to the one of the worst store I had ever been too. The owner was a piece of shit. We weren’t allow to return our items on top of that he say he can’t not return our other item which has never Been woren. Instead of talking to us he immediately call the mall security to tryna escort us out. Like are you serious?! I will recommend no one to ever shop there. This place is completely a waste and my time. Buyer’s beware. It’s a scam!!!

I wish I could give this no stars. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. The owner or whoever he is, was extremely rude and had zero professionalism. This place has the worst reviews I’ve ever seen and it seems everyone has had a similar experience.

Owner told me to get out of the store because he didn’t sell plus size clothes. Never shop here!

The man that works here is the rudest man I’ve ever seen in retail. He needs to be fired. Telling women they are to fat to look at clothes is disgusting. I can’t believe the mall stands behind this store treating their customers in this manner.

Employees will discriminate against you for your weight in front of your own children. DONT SHOP HERE

Where are the fitting rooms??? I know they have them so why are they open for 30 minutes a day with selected people able to go in?? Does not make sense to have clothing on final sale when you can’t try them on. Bring back body central.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I took my 10 year old daughter and 21 year old niece shopping yesterday and visited this store. While there I had to watch an altercation between the owner (a rude asian man) and a customer. I didn't think much of it, just that it might be a disgruntled customer. Well, when my daughter went to try on a pair of overall shorts that mind you WOULD HAVE fit her because she is very developed for her age he yanked the clothes out of her hand and said she wasn't old enough to wear the clothes in his store. He was rude and unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I'm now officially boycotting all Modeline stores because of this jerk. My niece had at least six dresses to try on and he lost out on a good sale because of prejudice.

I went into this store in Valley Hills Mall yesterday, Memorial Day, with my daughter. She was in my sight & saw a dress she wanted me to look at & was bringing it to me. The manager, who is a man & a PIG, walked up to her, literally jerked the dress out of her hand & said, "Don't touch!" So today, out of curiosity, with my son & nephew in tow, I went back in there to see if I could try on this outfit in the window. Now, anyone that knows me, knows that I am not a "big" girl, I'm not as tiny as I was in HS, but who is? I asked this same manager if I could try on the display & he looked me up & down, and said, "That will not fit you. You too big for that." I was appalled & said, "Excuse me?" He said, "I have been in the apparel industry for 30 years & can tell you right away that this outfit will not fit YOU." I proceeded to tell him, that I wanted to try the outfit on regardless, in which he proceeded to walk away! He refused to let me try it on! I was hurt, angry, & embarrassed to say the least. I am calling Valley Hills Mall's office tomorrow to make a formal complaint against this horrible person.

If I could rate a negative number I would. This is the worst retail experience we have ever had. My daughter and a friend, both responsible young ladies went to this store to find dresses for a night out. My daughter tried on three and one fit-two didn’t. She purchased the one that fit with cash. The owner then began to scream at her about what a horrible customer she was and that she ruined his property. He was referring to deodorant marks on the dress from trying it on. He told her she couldn’t leave the store until she purchased them. He continued to yell at her and she was terrified. She was so afraid that she put the dresses on her credit card. After she paid he stopped yelling and told her the deodorant would just wipe off and they would be fine. She came home in tears and told us about it. My husband went to the store the next day to return the dresses. The clerk also yelled at him and refused to reimburse us. Tags still on. My husband left the dresses in the counter and we disputed the charge with our credit card company. The merchant told MasterCard that we returned damaged goods. We did get the charge reversed. This guy is scary. No customer should feel frightened into making a purchase. These are cheap dresses-not fine couture. If he is concerned about deodorant marks he should not allow the garments to be tried on.

I went into Modeline and saw the owner walking around in the store. He saw me walking around for about 8 minutes but the minute I picked up a dress he came over and said that they're not open yet. Taken aback I said, "Oh what time do ya open then?" and he said, "4pm" so I just walked out after that. He came off very rude and blunt. I was so angry with what happened. Why are you not open when the whole mall is?! Your gate was wide open and if you weren't open then you should've said it the moment I walked in! I'm boycotting this store forever. I'll give my business to other clothing stores instead. Absolutely horrible management!

My Ethiopian daughter was in the story tonight and tried on a pair of shorts. While trying on the shorts, the sensor fell off. She immediately took the shorts and the sensor to the counter. The Asian manager started yelling at her and said he had a lot of trouble with her kind of people and he threatened to have her arrested. He forced her to buy the shorts even though they had a hole in them from where the sensor fell off. The other employee in the store tried to take up for my daughter but he yelled at her also. We will be filing a complaint with the mall office.
