Miniso - Irvine, California 92618 - Irvine Spectrum Center

Actually, I had a very very bad experience in miniso store in Irvine spectrum center. I think their employee called Kim is really terrible and gives customer attitutes.(a thin girl wearing glasses with black hair). I don't even care about the thing of buying a bad product, but her attitudes makes me promise I will never return and I will not recommend this store to all of my friends I bought an aroma diffuser on Thanksgiving Friday, and it got broke in two days, so i bring it to store and want to get a replace one employee accept me and she apologizes for it first but after she talked to her supervisor, her supervisor said i have to get a receipt I did not expect this situation like a product would be broken in 2 days and I did not keep my receipt, so I asked to see her supervisor her supervisor was so arrogant and so bad attitude, i was really frustrated I show her the product and she arrogantly glanced at it and said in granted like: ok then? I dont care about the bad product now but I think I really have to file a complaint on the employee she yells at me and she gave me attitude. i asked for her name but she said she will never tell me I asked the other one, they said her name is Kim but refuse to tell me her full name because she is a supervisor I think I will never shop at miniso any more. Why I deserve this, I bought the bad product, and just because I did not keep the receipt then I was assaulted by the employee.
