If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had 3 rings resized about a year ago, made one and a half size bigger, and they bent the whole top setting when clamping them.On top of that, on one of them the whole added part of silver came off! The ring did not brake, the whole size that they increases fell off. It is NOT supposed to happen. I had rings resizes 10 years ago still good, cause they were done right. They had the courage to tell me it was my fault. I said the other rings they sized with that one did not do it, and I wear them every day exaclty like the one that broke, they still said it was my fault. Also be careful when you order birthstones and gemstones, a friend of mine said she ordered an expensive birthstone and they gave her a cheap gem instead, but she realized that and they changed it. Overall the service is poor, and they change prices a la carte with every customer, they should have a set price for every service, not according to if you like a customer better than another. Do not recommend.
