Excited to shop at my favorite store I was very displeased with how the store looks and the customer service. This store is so messy. They have dust ALL over and the floors look awful. The watch case looked cheap and the locks are broken. Probably should be fixed. I got poor customer service from the manager. she was rude shouting from the register that my sister and I couldn’t enter the store. Her outfit was very distasteful for a Michael kors brand. I shop at the Michael kors at Mall of America and I’m treated way better. Never going there again !

Michael kors Egan outlet mall Minnesota. So sad to see such a great store like Michael kors fall so far down the hill hiring uneducated, unprofessional and incompetent manger. She disappointed us and did not to by a staff form the store. 09/15/19 we went the MK store they had huge sale going on and we wait a line 15 minutes to get in store eventually one of the employ said, one person. I said could we come together? Andrea (manger) came in the middle of the conversation she doesn’t have idea what’s going on, she yelled us she said, you can’t get in, too may people waiting the line, I told her we came from the line. She holding us, and let the next two costumers to get in the store but, those loyal customers said no to her they told her, we are before them. Andrea run away she doesn’t even ask apology. I was wondering what is going on? What a clueless person is she? I doubt she is not normal. I look at her no nametag on her t-shirt, is there any manager around? Andrea respond was no impolite. Can I ask your name? She denied. I ask one of the casher is there any manager around? Her responds was yes, she is the one; guess whom the person who abused us. Can I have her name? The cahier eye contact with her manger, and I am sorry I cannot provide her information. Can you guys believe this happen in a Big name company Michael kors store worst customer service? Thank you Andrea horrible experience you provide us, your customer service; lack of integrity and communication has to be fix. If you really want to sale your product I will suggest you need training those kinds of employs

If I could give this store a negative 10, I would. Customer service is horrible and store manager, Andrea Cook is the rudest and most inproffesional manager I have ever met in my life.

I live in Dubai and i went there for shopping with my baby. One who screamed on my baby face because he is running a kid of 1 year and half.. telling me leave him anywhere and come back. Gossping with other staff. Very bad manners. After i bought with more than 200$ i went out in rain and my bag was all ruined from rain. It was a very rainy day. And who works on Coach had pitty of me telling me ask for another bag from MK to be able to carry your items. I asked them.. they said NO. I said i m sorry..i couldn't believe my ears.
