Customer sales representative not only talked about the coworkers that helped two hours around customers and co workers. When I corrected her she said, “I was not talking to you”...rude and unprofessional. Do me a favor, make this non team player and rude person gain no sales so she can learn to respect her peers and costumers. She spoke down upon one of her coworkers, which wasn’t there to defend herself. I had met this same coworker the previous day and I knew she was a hard worker, she helped me for two hours yesterday trying to help me fix a problem. She spoke of this girl not doing her job when that wasn’t the case. All of this rude behavior done in front of my 16 year old daughter. I dislike seeing this amount of unprofessional behavior. Please Share... also thank you Hector Torres for your professionalism . People tend to think because you have an Spanish accent , we have to put up with their unprofessionalism and we are not educated ! I addressed the issue with her because the lack of respect towards her co worker. But since she didn’t apologize , I called her supervisor. People like this are liability, Ethics to me are common sense!
