Metro PCS - Eureka, California 95501 - Bayshore Mall

Please NEVER go to the Metro PCS Dealer at the Bayshore Mall in Eureka. The only reason to go there is if you are into being treated like garbage or a piece of sh*t OR if you have masochistic tendencies. They are rude and have ZERO people skills. After I was sold a NEW cell phone by "Brittney" I attempted to return it within 7 days (as the Corporate Office...who were VERY NICE... told me I was allowed to do). The dummy behind the counter said he would call Brittney at home to get her okay (she's the Manager believe it or not) before he could take my phone back. He told me that she said "I'm not budging...she's stuck with it...NO RETURNS FOR HER" .... Brittney is a spiteful nasty piece of work...she doesn't get a commission on the phone she sold me and could have allowed me to return the phone for credit but she elected to show she had ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I have had Metro PCS service for a few years and like the Customer Service via my phone contacts with the corporate office...but THAT MetroPCS Dealer place at Bayshore Mall is staffed by sadistic imbeciles. I believe that Brittney should be fired immediately and I told the Corporate Office about my treatment and they wrote her up...so PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!
