Worst customer service. I was with tmobile from 2001 and in 2017 I changed to metro pcs. The South mall location manager made promises he couldn't keep for one with our phone plan. Then we purchased an access speaker for Christmas that was sold there. We used it once and when it was time to recharge it the plug inside the speaker was broken. It was a little over a month old and he said they don't replace it if it's broken. Buyer beware! Don't purchase anything from this store. They are selling inferior products without any guarantees.
