Metro PCS worker scammed my dad
Joseph, working at the Staten Island mall was an absolute disgrace to work with. He knowingly put an incompatible SIMs card in my father’s phone when my Dad went in to purchase a new phone plan. Joseph pretended that the phone worked by calling on the phone using WiFi and not cell service, he overcharged for the SIMs card as well. He should be ashamed and this store should be investigated. The phone number listed for this Metro store is out of or
