Men's Wearhouse - Tyler, Texas TX 75703 - Broadway Square

My husband and I went to the store to purchase new shirts. We walked in; went to the shirt section and spent 10 minutes looking through shirts for his size. We went up to the register and a man was behind the counter helping another customer; so we stood there. He never acknowledged out existence; we just stood there...waiting; even after he left. Someone else came up behind the counter and asked if we had been helped; and I said no we hadn't, she asked if anyone had helped us with our selection, and we said no. We aren't a needy couple, but you would think for 4 $90 shirts; customers would be treated better. We usually have really good experiences at this location..
