My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location, mainly because of Caleb. Caleb is sincere, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. His personality is amazing, and he is so great at his job. He was so tentative and was also very patient and sweet with our 2 year old daughter while my husband was customizing and being sized for suits. We really felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and satisfaction, and we appreciate that so much. When my husband went back to pick up his suit after alterations, he remembered him and details about our lives, which tells me that he is a good listener and is sincere. I will also mention that both managers who I interacted with were equally wonderful. My husband originally bought a suit and ended up exchanging it, and they were so understanding and made it a very easy transaction. We are looking forward to being long time customers. Not very happy with the customer service here. Customer Service Rep helped us with a tux for my son's prom. He did not have him try on the jacket or tie, just pants, vest, and shirt and very rushed. Hopefully, when we go to try the altered tux on before the prom, all will be good.
