I took my Breitling Emergency Watch in to replace the battery. It was sent to Wisconsin last December 2022. I was informed a month later it would cost $800 to replace battery and change the crystal. I agreed. I have contacted the store numerous times over the past year. Amanda the woman who is evidently in charge of repairs does not return calls or come out to meet me when in the store. Still no status. Never go to this store in the future
