On Oct 25th I purchased a king size mattress to be delivered in TENN, Maria de Sales person in Miami was very professional and helpful, the mattress did not arrived at the date scheduled due to complications with Google map and had to wait 4 extra days, Matt the Dispatcher Manager in Knoxville was very accomodating, professional and sympathetic with our situation. Without Maria or Matt things would have turned differently. I am a happy customer
