I went to wash my clothes and the 2 people that were there on1/29/22 were so rude and acted like the didn’t care if they helped or not. They were so rude to me , it was incredible. They were at the point where they were mean. It was a woman and man. Couldn’t get a word in . The like ganged up on me. I told them I would report them for their rudeness. Bad, Bad, Bad Customer service!!’ I Wouldn’t recommend this place! Not your friendly neighborhoods dry cleaners....Constant bad customer service in the evening hours.... in particular the short Spanish old lady with brownish hair up to her ears... unfortunately the times i’ve come here is after work so unfortunately shes the person on shift.... She is rude, bad customer service, unbelievably unhelpful! Today I walked in to pick up my dry cleaning and She’s was sitting 3 steps from the dry cleaned clothes by the doorframe between the laundry and the dry cleaners scrolling through her phone Like thats more important then work, but she decided she wants to offer poor customer service so she told me she wont give me my clothes because i was too late, 7:30!! This women wouldn't give me my clothe because i got there at 7:20 pm. Not even 7:30 yet, Mind you when i brought my clothe the day before i was told by an other lady to pick it up after 5:30 PM....i wish she would have told to not pick it up after a certain time so I wouldn’t have waisted my time and gas going there... google says they close at 9:30 pm, i cannot understand why this women wouldn’t put her phone down for 2 minutes, get herself off the chair and walk 4 steps to give me my dry cleaned clothes!! Like seriously, SHE WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY ITEMS!!! Are you serious!!! I wasn’t even dropping clothe off, i was picking them up!! MY CLOTHES, With A RECEIPT!! ITEMS THAT i PAID FOR BEFORE HAND!! because here you pay before hand unlike other dry cleaners that you pay after the job is done. So, if this is not terrible customer service, then i don't know what is. I was so angry!!!! But kept my cool because i was with my kids....That place doesn't seem to ever have anyone in charge around like a supervisor or something, but i hope the owners, wherever they are read the reviews on their place of business and get a heads up on the bad customer service thats provided to the customers by some of the employees. If i could give Zero I definitely would. This will definitely be the last time i take clothes there.
