Maria Mia’s Mexican Restaurant - San Antonio, Texas 78205 - Shops at Rivercenter (Rivercenter Mall)

Will never go back to this restraunt due to lack of customer service. It took them atleast 10min to acknowledge our presence and get our drink order we should have left but chose to stay because we were starving food was not all that great but edible. I was flabbergasted that a waitress who was carting a stack of plates decided to overload herself and spilled everything all over a couple seated directly behind us and management never came to apologize to the poor lady who had grease stains and salsa all over, they never even tried to correct the situation and when I confronted management I was told "Not our fault..it was the waitress"... seriously???...wow...we left vowing never to return but when we got home we noticed the Maria Mia had charged us twice for our meal .we contacted manager Ruth who said she would see what she could do never returned a call, we called today spoke to Mario C. who is supposedly a manager who was worthless but at least he had GM return a call spoke to Jose who was kind and professional and assured us that he would get to the bottom of the double charge and also provided his personal cell...he is the only thing good at this restraunt however WE WILL NOT RETURN.
