Marciano in Miracle Mile Las Vegas WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced in my life! Spare yourself time and go somewhere else. Management is horrible as well. Would have given 0 stars if it was even an option. I came in to exchange a gift I received from a client for a different size. The sales associate put $ back on the card instead of exchanging gift for me ( she had no clue what she was doing) I than asked for manager which told me there was nothing she can do to reverse this. I wanted to walk out of the store with item I walked in with to try another store. They told me I couldn't and it would be stealing. I asked her to call corporate which she said she wouldn't do. I myself called customer service which they assured me they would resolve this and give me a store credit since it was her mistake . Now they are giving me run around how they can't charge CC since it's not mine . They want me to ask my client to re-buy it for me . First off this was their mistake and would be unethical for me to even ask for this. So now I'm left with nothing! I'm out of $150 pair of shoes .
