Terrible customer service. Sign was supposed to have been done for a wedding and wasn’t so we were gonna cancel the order but then he said they could have it available the next day for pickup at their store so we reluctantly agreed. Then the next day was contacted that their store was short staffed and closing early so they asked that we pick it up from the warehouse long story short no one was there and customer service won’t get back to me
