I wouldn't use them find anyone else they are not professional. I am making cordless tool holders and thouht airbrushing them would be a nice touch. So I called and asked to speak with the the artist to describe what I was thinking, the receptionist said that he should be there but he was not. But she said she can give me a price just come see her.i get there to find her flirting with someone and tells me the artist will have to give me a price.

I'm still waiting on my shirt and it's been since february,he does great art work but I will NEVER do business with him again....smh

I put in an order with the receptionist, she took the order down wrong. I call to notify her of the error, she was very rude and preceded to say it was my fault. Even though it clearly says on my receipt the error in her mistake. The artist did an amazing job but the drawings were on the wrongs shirts. I kept trying speak to the manager she refused to give him the phone. He finally called back and apologize for the inconvenience. The artist does good work but his receptionist makes it very hard to deal with. She kept relaying message that was incorrect from me to the manager and never told the manager anything. I will never do business with them unless he deals with her.

They're easy to communicate with and create unique gifts for people of all ages. I ordered a tshirt as a Christmas gift for my son's teacher. The shirt was done in a timely manner, and my son's teacher is the envy of the whole school now. Thank you Mad Artist Airbrush!

I had really no clue what I really wanted on my shirt. His super kind assistance spent an hour with me until we figured what I wanted to get on my shirt. This was for a special occasion and I wanted something like no one else would be waring and he knocked it out of the park. I have never been as impressed with a business that actually fully deliver's on what they promise. I will be back and will send everyone I know to them!

I paid for a custom airbrushed shirt for my stepsons baseball game. I explained that I was flying 1000 miles away to this game and stressed the importance of having it ready prior to my flight. The day before my flight I called and spoke with the young lady who took my order and she told me the owner had not yet started the shirt but she would have him start it as soon as he came in and assured me it would be done that evening. When I called later that evening I got no answer. I went to the mall and found a note on the door (during open hours) to text...so I did....but got no response all night. I called several times. I called and text repeatedly the next day from 1000 miles away and finally got a text back from the owner offering to mail the shirt, however it wouldn't be there in time for the game which started in an hour. Then I was told he was busy and had to go. When I returned to Lakeland I went into the shop and asked for a refund and was told NO REFUNDS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
