Macy's - Glen Burnie, Maryland MD 21061 - Marley Station Mall

I love Macy's, but this seasons' clothing was reminiscent of the 70s, and the cotton dress by Free People lacked quality. The brands and quality of clothing for ladies and petites varies greatly by the mall and the Macy's in Glen Burnie, MD receives the low end merchandise that costs less, based on the incomes of the surrounding community. They have let the dressing rooms, carpeting, and restrooms go to the point of being dilapidated. Macy's has great choices for clothing online, and at their Annapolis, and Columbia stores. When I want something stunning, I drive 30 -60 minutes to try the clothing on. When I order online, due to lack of availability in the stores, I make my convenient returns at Macy's in Glen Burnie. This Glen Burnie needs to up its game and carry the better clothing. The personnel at the store are informed, helpful, and polite, but I roamed through three cash registers to find one that was open. Macy's can do better. If you aren't going to do it right and fix the place up, then shut it down and close your doors. Shopping at Macy's used to be an experience to be enjoyed, relished, and looked forward to. This Macy's is like a gas station restroom that you can't wait to leave and wonder when the last time it was cleaned. There are sanitary strips from bathing suits stuck to the dressing room walls and mirror, and bodily fluids on the chairs and carpeting.
