Macy's - Baytown, Texas 77521 - San Jacinto Mall

I went to the Macy's at the San Jacinto Mall looking for a specific dining set. I found the dining set & I wanted to purchase it. I sat at the specific dining set for about 35 minutes before I had to go get a sales Associate. I was not once greeted or asked if I needed help. Whenever I found the sales associate I asked her if she could help me because I wanted to purchase a dining set. The sales associate told me to hold on a minute because she was busy. My husband and I waited for another 10 minutes before the sales associate came and helped us. I told the sales associate that I wanted to buy the dining set & when could I have it delivered. The sales associate asked me "are you sure you want to buy it today? The price is going to go down on the 23rd about $300". I told the sales associate that I still wanted to proceed with my purchase (I'm aware of the Macy's price matching policy. Y'all will price match within 10 days & I was purchasing on the 13th). She then tells me that I would have to come tomorrow to purchase the dining room set because it would take her 40 minutes to write up the ticket and the store was closing in 20 minutes. This Macy's has terrible customer service. I was trying to purchase a $2300 dining room set & I could not get any help. Whenever my husband & I were trying to leave (18 minutes before close) we had to walk all the around because all the doors had already been closed. The store closes at 9 not 8:42 so I have no idea why I had to walk all the way around & could not go through the main entrance because the store had been closed down already.
