Macy's The Fur Vault - Memphis, Tennessee 38117 - 3746 - Oak Court Mall

I called the Fur Vault a week before we were going to travel to the store to pick up two furs that were in storage to be sure they were there. I was asked for the number on my tickets, I gave the manager the numbers and she checked and told me that they were in and available for pick up. My husband took the paperwork over and waited 45 minutes for them to try to find both of the furs. He left the store with one fur, late for his appointment, as he did not think it would take that long. He was told that they had my number and would call as soon as the missing fur was located. Well, no call on that day. No call today. I made a call and had to leave a voice mail. That was at 6 pm tonight. No one has called and I am becoming quite concerned and wondering if I need to move this to a higher level. This is an irreplaceable fur vest that was handmade for me by the man that travels in to Macy's. He took the furs from my grandmother's furs and my mother's furs and handmade a vest for me using the furs and spacing them with the softest leather I have ever felt. It is perfect for the winter's in Memphis. I am just hoping that the fur has not been lost or stolen? A phone call would be appreciated.
