Mackage - Central Valley, New York NY 10917 - Woodbury Common Premium Outlets

I purchased a jacket a week and a half ago at Woodbury Commons Outlet. The jacket was a size XS and ended up being too small if I wore anything underneath. It was never worn and in brand new condition. We called the store the day prior and were told we could do an exchange for another item of equal or higher value. We drove 2 hrs with this information in mind. A sales associate by the name of Priscilla was present the day I purchased the jacket. She was unwilling to help me that day, I felt like she was judging my appearance because I came to the store in sweatpants looking disheveled. She is the same person that accused me of WEARING THE JACKET AND WASHING IT. In her exact words, “ the jacket has makeup around the collar and smells of fabric detergent “ She thinks I cannot afford to buy a jacket, wear it, then exchange it? In my entire 39 years of life, I have never been treated or judged by an establishment the way Mackage has belittled me today. Another sales associate by the name of Dominique was very rude and condescending accusing me of the same thing. I want a specialist to make a thorough inspection if the jacket has been worn or dry cleaned. I have several Mackage jackets and love the brand. But the way I was humiliated today, I want no other customer to have to experience. This is the reason why I am writing this review to have this situation investigated and be handled in a more professional manner.
